Work with Enterprise Recovery When Clients Dont Pay

When you've exhausted time and resources chasing down an unpaid invoice, it's time to send that invoice to third-party collections.  If the client isn't responsive to your efforts to connect or they're refusing to pay or cannot pay, it's time to send the account to third-party collections. If you've written off the account as bad debt, it's still time to send it to third-party collections.

Let us help recover what's owed to your business.

Here's how to work with Enterprise Recovery when clients don't pay.

Set Up the Account

Visit our account sign-up screen to set up your account and accept the terms of working with us. You'll need:

  • Your company name and address
  • A contact name, phone number, email address, and website for your business
  • Tax-exempt status
  • Type of collections needed
  • How many accounts your business normally sends to collections
  • The average balance of those accounts
  • Your current accounting software
  • And how you heard about us

Upload Customer Files

Once your account is set up, you can log into your account dashboard and upload your customer files. The files that you share will be reference material for proving that your client owes you and any attempts you've made to follow up with them. These files might include:

  • Contract agreements
  • Invoice or invoices that require payment
  • Communications with the client

Within a few days, you'll receive an acknowledgment that our team has successfully received the information and will get to work.

Our Collections Specialists to Do the Work

From your account dashboard, you'll see that your account is assigned to a collection desk and our collection specialists do the work of recovering your account.  That work may entail:

  • Learning about your business and industry before reaching out to your client(s)
  • Contacting your client(s) in an attempt to collect via phone, email, and/or mail
  • Activating skip-tracing tools (searching) to locate responsible parties
  • Validating business data such as bankruptcy status, current assets, last known address, and more

In full transparency, you'll be able to see account notes and updates in the account dashboard.
